Fes to Merzouga 4 days desert tour itinerary :
Day 1: Fes – Middle Atlas – Ziz Valley – Merzouga desert
Pick up at your Fes lodging and transfer to the Merzouga desert. En route, we’ll stop in Ifrane, sometimes known as the Switzerland of Morocco, so you may take in the town’s splendor. then halt later to observe the wild orangutans in the cedar forest. going on to Midelt to a restaurant for lunch. We will go across Tizi n Tlghamt Pass in the afternoon and arrive at Ziz Valley, where we will halt for a panoramic view of the valley.

Day 2: Full day in the desert
Starting from Merzouga, we will travel through the desert to the village of Khamlia, where we will stop to enjoy some Gnawa music played by locals. From there, we will travel to an old village where the lead mines in the Black Mountains are located. Here, we will have some free time to explore before continuing to a nomadic family, where we will enjoy a cup of tea in their traditional tent and learn about their way of life.
In order to enjoy the sunset and spend the night in a desert camp, we will ride the camel into the Erg-Chebbi dune complex in the late afternoon. Dinner in the camp and music accompanied by Berber drums around the campfire.
Day 3:Merzouga – Rissani – Todra gorges
Get up early this morning to enjoy some fun sandboarding in the dunes and a magnificent sunrise over the dunes. and we’ll ride camels back to Merzouga village after breakfast at the tent.
Before continuing to Todra gorges, where we will have free time to explore the canyon and spend the night, we will make a stop at Rissani, a historic traditional market where the residents of Berber communities gather to sell and buy their requirements.
Day 4 :Todra gorges – Middle Atlas mountains – Fes
On the final day of our four-day excursion through the Fes desert, we will travel from Todra Gorges to Fes via the Middle Atlas Mountains and their Berber communities. We will stop at a number of locations en route and will deliver you to Fes in the late afternoon.
